Requirements
  • Maintain a proactive and consistent effort to organise production and operations in the most efficient way possible
  • Responsible and accountable for managing highly qualified site staff and meeting specifications and expectations of the company and its customers
  • Be an effective and proactive member of the Management team
  • Lead daily sites meetings
  • Assist QHSE to assess risk and produce relevant RAMs as required
  • Have the capability to run multiple sites
